Justin Bieber attended the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas on Sunday night, and while accepting the fan-voted Milestone Award, the 19-year-old singer was greeted by a chorus of boos.

Justin waited a few moments to begin his speech, and while he looked utterly stunned he maintained his composure. "I'm 19 years old," he began. "I think I'm doing a pretty good job. Basically from my heart I really just want to say it really should be about the music. It should be about the craft that I'm making. This is not a gimmick ... I'm an artist, and I should be taken seriously and all this other bullsh*t should not be spoken of."

Bieber thanked manager Scooter Braun, his family and his fans, and he later tweeted, "2 performances and 2 awards. Grateful to my #Beliebers . Our awards. Love u ... I love music, my fans, my family, my friends.. And I love The Lord ... Blessed." Looks like it didn't bother him too much...

But that wasn't all! Taylor Swift, who was also nominated for the Milestone Award, was asked in the press room about Biebs receiving the honor at so young an age, to which she replied, "Can we have another question, please?" Ouch! Looks like someone's got Selena Gomez's back!

Justin Bieber and on-again-off-again-on-again girlfriend Selena Gomez walked the 'blue' carpet separately tonight in Las Vegas at the Billboard Music Awards. The Biebs was all smiles as he arrived and Selena was looking lovely in a white, Atelier Versace full-length dress with neon accents.

Justin performed "Take You" during the show and won the Top Male Artist prize. Congrats, JB!

Meanwhile, Selena also wowed the crowd with her new song "Come & Get It."

We're not sure what he's wearing, but we are sure about two things: Justin Bieber knows how to color coordinate and he still looks hot!

Before heading to the recording studio to possibly work on a duet with Miley Cyrus on Thursday afternoon, Justin and his entourage stopped by a local gas station to stock up on snacks and Red Bull.

Biebs got back from South Africa on Monday, and he's currently taking a break from his Believe tour for the next month. We know any relationship he has with Miley is strictly professional, but what's going on with Selena Gomez? X17 photographers snapped Selena leaving Biebs' house late on Tuesday morning after apparently spending the night...

Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus were hard at work at the same recording studio in Hollywood last night, and their timing was way too coincidental to not jump to the conclusion that the two pop stars must be recording a duet together!

The Biebs mugged for the camera at a photo shoot at Milk Studios earlier in the night, then headed over to the studio around 8p.m., with Miss Miley arriving a short time later around 9p.m. They left within minutes of each other around midnight and tried to avoid being photographed. Hmm....

Our photographers tells us:

"There aren't that many recording booths at this studio; they MUST be doing something together. Justin and Miley left within minutes of each other - it's too coincidental. There's gotta be a collaboration in the works."

We can't think of two people we'd rather bring together!

On Tuesday afternoon Justin Bieber and several pals crammed into his white Ferrari and ripped around Los Angeles, and this was just hours after we snapped Selena Gomez attempting to sneak out of his house. The 19-year-old singer returned from Africa on Monday, and he'll resume his Believe tour in a little over a month, so we're guessing Selena will be back for more!

But get this -- Biebs made his buddies gas up the car for him when they stopped at a local pump. I guess that's a small price to pay for getting to cruise around town in a luxury sports car with the prince of pop!

Justin Bieber had a concert on Wednesday night in South Africa for his Believe world tour, but he doesn't perform again until Sunday, so the 19-year-old superstar decided to take advantage of his time off with a tour of the wildlife in the area.

Bieber posted a few pictures of elephants, but he also uploaded the above photo on Instagram today and titled it "Beers in the jungle." While the legal drinking age in the country is 18, you'd think he want to set a slightly better example for all his young fans!

(And yes, that's an Amstel in his hand ... so classy!)

A crazed Justin Bieber fan rushed the stage of JB's Dubai concert on Sunday, grabbing the singer and then overturning a piano before being nabbed by security.

Bieber pulled free of the man immediately, then the fan was tackled by security guards after flipping a grand piano on stage.

The consummate professional, Justin continued on, uninterrupted and later returned to the stage for encore performances of "Boyfriend" and "Baby."

In fact, the Biebs seems to be working on his image as of late after his tour bus was found with marijuana on board in Sweden and his childish actions during a visit to the Anne Frank museum in Amsterdam made headlines. During the singer's recent concert in Turkey, Justin stopped twice during his performances to honor Azan, the Islamic call to prayer that Muslims observe five times daily.

Fans took to Twitter in support of the singer ... a few Tweets read, "I’m not a Justin Bieber fan but as a Muslim, I got a lot of respect for him cos of what he did," and "You can hate all you want, but he earned my respect. Muslim performers don’t even do what you did."

Maybe the Biebs' recent reunion with on-again-off-again flame Selena Gomez is the reason for Justin's happy spirit!

Well if his last post didn't clue us in, this did!

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez may be on again after the 19-year-old pop star recently put up a picture of himself shirtless being cuddled by Selena Gomez behind him along with the caption, "You've been makin music for too long babe come cuddle."

This is a stark contrast to the other picture the Biebs posted but took down after the net caught wind of their possible rekindled romance.
