Justin Bieber Fans Cause Norway Police To Threaten Declaring State Of Emergency

Norway has a bad case of Bieber fever, and now Oslo police are considering declaring a state of emergency in an attempt to control the thousands of fans that have flocked to the city for the pop star's concert this evening.
Set to perform four new songs as part of his "Around the World" TV special, the "Boyfriend" crooner is now being asked by officials to move up his show time to keep the crazed crowds under control.
The screams are deafening!
JB is trying everything he can to cooperate with authorities, tweeting, "... for the show to happen u must all listen to the police. we are all concerned for your safety and i want what is best for you. please listen."
If the Canadian sensation wants his fans to really listen to his pleas, he should give them some incentive -- shirtless twitpics anyone?!
