Justin Bieber Gears Up For His Believe Tour

Justin Bieber is currently busy preparing for his Believe Tour, and we snapped him on his way to a rehearsal in Hollywood yesterday. Nice watch BTW ... that probably cost a pretty penny!
It was just announced that the 18-year-old pop superstar is giving his fans the chance to dance with him onstage, as his tour director Jon M Chu has launched a website for fans around the world to upload videos of themselves. “When I started it was on YouTube… Why can’t it happen for you? #BELIEVE in YOURSELF,” Bieber wrote on Twitter.
In other other Biebs news, he's angered plenty of folks in the UK over recent comments about Prince William's hair. In an interview with Rollercoaster magazine, Justin said, "I mean, there are things to prevent that nowadays, like Propecia. I don't know why he doesn't just get those things, those products. You just take Propecia and your hair grows back. Have you not got it over here?"
Talk about a royal insult! Think he'll be issuing an apology about this?
