EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS - Justin Bieber Shoots Short Film Hours After Being Cited By Police For "Reckless Driving"

He may have gotten a speeding ticket just hours earlier while tearing down the highway in his $110K chrome Fisker Karma electric car, but Justin Bieber didn't appear to be bothered by the police run-in as he got right down to work on a short film shoot in LA, on Friday afternoon.
X17 was the first to spot "The Biebes" being pulled over by the cops for driving at speeds of up to 100 mph through LA's Studio City, but the pop star was all smiles as he showed off his famous dance moves -- and "made out" with an extra! -- for the cameras on the Hollywood set. JB also Tweeted from the shoot: "Still going hard day 1! ‪#AsLongAsYouLoveMe‬ short film."
LA City Councilman Dennis Zine actually called the police on the "Boyfriend" singer, telling KABC-TV: "It was like a rocket ship coming by. When it passed me, it had to be going close to 100 mph. Every time when there was a little space, it would make a lane change, then there were all these cars following."
The police issued Justin a ticket, but have not revealed how fast he was actually going. Watch that speedometer, Biebes!

A little speeding ticket ain't no thang to Justin Bieber!
