Justin Bieber Shows Off His Baby Guns In A Tank Top

Today Justin Bieber and his posse grabbed a bite to eat at the Outback Steakhouse in Burbank, and it looks like the 18-year-old pop star was taking a well-deserved break from working on his new album.
When he's not spending time at the recording studio or with ladylove Selena Gomez, it turns out Biebs is just like the rest of us -- he watches the Olympics! And he seems especially taken with fellow teen phenom and US Olympic swimmer Missy Franklin, who won her first individual Olympic gold medal in the 100-meter backstroke on Monday.
"heard @FranklinMissy is a fan of mine. now im a fan of hers too," Bieber tweeted to the 17-year-old athlete. "CONGRATS on winning GOLD! #muchlove." Franklin's response? "I just died! Thank you!"
Hopefully Selena isn't getting too jelly!
