He might be caught up in scandal, but that's not stopping him from giving back!

Justin Bieber delayed the start of his Salt Lake City concert on Jan. 5 to pay a visit to young cancer patient Millie Flamm, who was too sick in the hospital to attend his show.

"He was so sweet to her. He walked in and her whole face just lit up," her mother Amanda Flamm told Deseret News.

So how did The Biebs make the visit worthwhile?

He held her hand and performed a song for her, then gifted the little one with his guitar pick so she could have a memento from the occasion. He even gave her a kiss on the cheek upon leaving!

The Canadian pop star shared the experience with his fans, posting the above snapshot to his Instagram account with the caption, "Look at this bundle of joy. I love her."

JB made headlines last week, but not for the right reasons! Pictures of the teen heartthrob smoking weed surfaced online, and his management team is reportedly none too happy about the bad press that has resulted from the scandal.

The 18-year-old must be trying to prove he's all grown up, because days after the marijuana controversy, he got yet another tattoo! This time around, he inked a Canadian hockey team logo on his back in honor of his grandfather.

Do you think Justin Bieber is nice for doing the visit?
