Justin Bieber's Tour Mate Confirms He's Dating "Baby" Co-Star Jasmine Villegas

They've been caught kissing, but now Justin's tour mate confirms that his relationship with "Baby" video co-star Jasmine Villegas is more than just a fling.
Hayley Kiyoko, a member of girl band The Stunners, who open for Justin on his tour says it's getting so serious, in fact, that Jasmine is planning on joining the tour!
"I’ve met her,” Hayley told Hollywood Life. “Thumbs up. She’s very sweet. She’s very pretty. And I think she’s going on tour with him but I’m not sure. She’s very talented as well.”
Jasmine is just 16 -- should her parents really allow her to tour the world with the planet's most successful teen star? What about school!?!?
