A ponytailed Justin Gaston and a mystery blonde were spotted in West Hollywood last night, and we're not sure if she's just a friend or a potential Miley replacement, but these two def weren't too keen on being photographed! What would Miley say?!

Our sharp commenters have IDed this gal as 25-year-old Hillary Scott, the lead singer for Lady Antebellum...not to get confused with the adult film star Hillary Scott, eek!
Maybe she's his new sugar mama? She looks like she might actually be older than him!
