Does Jess' Dad Have To "Bribe" Justin Into Marrying His Daughter?

The National Enquirer says Jessica Biel's dad is starting to put some major pressure on her longtime beau to pop the question.
“Jessica’s dad is really putting heat on Justin to marry her,” an insider told the tab. “Jon’s [Jess' dad] been calling Justin a lot lately for man-to-man talks. But Justin is running out of time and excuses,” says the source. “Jon has made it clear he’s growing impatient." So what could he offer that would force Justin to make an honest woman out of his daughter? "Jon told Justin that he’ll cover the entire cost of the wedding.”
But is that enough to make it happen?
That's kind of sad that she needs her dad to step in! Ouch!
