Justin Timberlake Putting $5.25 Million New York Pad On The Market And Moving Up To A $7.65 Million Penthouse

Justin Timberlake is putting the TriBeCa, New York apartment where he's shared many nights with Jessica Biel on the market and moving to a more private (and more expensive!) penthouse in Soho.
Timberlake has listed his Pearline Soap Factory loft for a cool $5.25 mill. And for anyone who has that kind of cash to spend on a 3,000 sq ft loft, the price will get you:
- 11 foot ceilings
- An open kitchen featuring restaurant quality appliances by Wolf, Sub-Zero, and Miele
- Lutron technology system that controls lighting, sound system, shades, and heating
- A view of the Hudson River
- Privacy of only one apartment per floor, but just a part-time doorman
JT is trading up for a building at the Soho Mews, reports the Post, that has a full-time doorman and private parking, all the better to dodge the paparazzi with!
The only question is, will ladylove Jessica Biel be on the deed or is this still technically Justin's bachelor pad?
