11:59 I'm totally there with you on this one. We have neighbors who do this constantly as well as let their dog take a dump on everyone else's lawns but their own. We cleaned up the dog poop off our grass for a week & deposited it in their mailbox (without the bag). Dad & I broke out the bb guns and let's just say, the lady & the dog walk on the other side of the street. And people, for the love of others, WTF are you thinking taking your dog into the grocery store? Dogs are filthy creatures (some owners too), especially those who let their dogs lick them on/in their mouths & faces!!
