Kanye Charged in LAX Pap Smackdown
Kanye is now facing misdemeanor charges of battery, grand theft and vandalism for a run-in with a pap at LAX, last September.
A videotape of the incident shows the rapper smashing a photog's camera flash and a friend of his breaking the camera itself.
If convicted, West could spend up to two and a half years in jail.
West's lawyer, Blair Berk, declined to comment on the charges being filed.
