What better place to show off your $1.7 million 75 Mercedes McLaren SLR Stirling Moss sports car, than Cannes?

Kanye West donned a sleek tuxedo as he took his new car out for a spin in the South of France on Thursday. The singer was on his way to Elton John's annual amfAR dinner and auction, where such a fancy party almost requires an A-lister to arrive in style.

West's new SLR Stirling Moss boasts a motor with top speeds of up to 217mph and there are only 75 of these exclusive cars in existence. The hot ride get's it's namesake from motor racing legend Stirling Moss, who drove the legendary Mercedes-Benz SLR racing cars to victory in the 1950s.
