Kanye Won't Faces Charges in LAX Pap Scuffle

Kayne West and his bodyguard will not face felony charges following an altercation with photographers at LAX, according to the Los Angeles county District Attorney's office.

In the incident, Kayne and his bodyguard allegedly smashed a photographer's camera.

Kayne and his bodyguard could still face lesser misdemeanor charges for the incident.

it's not about racism, i'm white and i've seen a lot of comments supporting naomi watts for almost doing a "kanye". and many people agreed that the paps should respect their privacy. i know kanye complains a lot, but just like noami watts etc... sometimes papas should leave them alone. pam anderson's ex broke once a pap's neck, so why the fuss now
