Kara DioGuardi gives us an eyeful in her naked spread for the May issue of Allure Magazine.
The American Idol judge gets candid about her previous battle with binge eating and depression in her early 20s:
- "Back then I was a size 6 or 8; now I'm more like a size 2. Food is not what I use to anesthetize myself anymore."
So how did she get in shape for this photoshoot? The AI judge says she didn't diet or work out like a maniac. However, she did cut way back on salt, telling the magazine, "I can really retain water."
