Kat Von D and Jesse James have called it quits ... again.

"I am not in a relationship," Kat wrote on her Facebook page. "And I apologize for all the 'back and forth' if it's caused any confusion." A source also confirms the split to People mag, and though her former fiance hasn't commented on the break up, we're guessing it's only a matter of time before he shares his side of the story.

The couple previously called off their engagement last July, but less than a month later they decided to give it another shot. When the two got back together, Jesse said, "Sometimes you are only given one chance in life, I will never stop fighting and striving to hold on to her."

That sounds sweet and all, but now we're beginning to wonder if his wandering eye had something to do with their latest split. Kat tweeted yesterday, "As much as I dislike being wrong, I must admit this time I was. #noregrets." Think he cheated on her like he did with ex-wife Sandra Bullock?

Kat Von D has purchased a 1920s Spanish-style house in the Hollywood Hills for $2.2 million, and we've got your first look at the reality starlet/tattoo artist's new pad!

The 4,148 square foot home boasts 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and a separate guest house with a kitchen, and though it doesn't have a pool, it does have a roomy hot tub and an outdoor area with a built-in bar, barbecue and fire pit. Check out the gallery below to see Kat's new castle!

Back in 2008, the eccentric singer, wearing bright blue pants and a long wig, had Von D ink a tattoo of entwined roses on her lower back. Ironically, this footage was taken before Gaga's debut album The Fame was released.

When Kat asks Gaga if she's working on anything cool, the then-22-year-old performer says: "I worked with New Kids on the Block last night, it was rad."

Kat Von D and Jesse James are engaged ... again!

This was a happy revelation from the tattoo artist Thursday, since earlier today TLC announced that it was canceling her show LA Ink.

Kat and Jesse each Tweeted pictures of themselves embracing at 2:30 p.m. PT, leading fans to wonder if something was up between the two. Jesse's black and white photo of the two in bed (above) was far more intimate than Kat's outdoor pic, and he even included the phrase "para siempre," meaning "forever."

Kat is even back to wearing her engagement ring.

Officially announcing that the engagement was back on, Jesse told People magazine:

"Sometimes you are only given one chance in life. It was up to me to open my eyes and see it. That girl is my chance. I will never stop fighting and striving to hold on to her. Showing her how special she is, and how much I love her."

The two coupled up last summer, just months after James' divorce from Sandra Bullock was finalized. They first got engaged in January, but called it off in July due to distance - Kat worked in Los Angeles while Jesse was mostly in Austin, Texas.

No word on when the couple will officially tie the knot.

Kat Von D's TLC reality show, LA Ink, has been canceled, the network confirms.

Says TLC:

"TLC has decided that the current season of LA Ink will be its last. The network is proud of what the series has accomplished in its four seasons, following Kat Von D's journey as an artist from Miami to Los Angeles."

The current season -- the fourth -- premiered July 28. It received a publicity boost when, two days before the premiere, news broke that Von D and fiance Jesse James had split.

Promos for the season showcased the two's love story, and soon after the break-up news went public, Von D walked out of an interview with morning talk show Good Day LA because the show wanted to address the split. The incident further ignited buzz, but apparently all the talk wasn't enough.

On Wednesday, Von D sent a Tweet to a fan calling her show "annoying," which probably didn't help the series' falling ratings.

UPDATE: Kat Tweeted at 1:45 p.m. PDT -- "I love how me deciding to not continue doing LA Ink, turns into being 'cancelled.' Thanks @TLC. Regardless of everything I remain grateful."

Since splitting with Jesse James last month, Kat Von D sure had gotten a lot thinner!

The LA Ink star looked slim and sexy in tight black jeans, bright yellow tee and some funky red shades while leaving a lunch at Urth Café in West Hollywood, on Monday.

The reality star's ex-fiancé has been featured constantly on the latest season of her TLC show, and while the couple broke up due to "distance" issues, Von D confessed on LA Ink's latest episode, “Love conquers all and distance is nothing to make it work”.

No wonder the fifth season of LA Ink is so popular!

Kat Von D is trying to get over her very sudden breakup with biking bad boy Jesse James. The two called off their engagement last month.

The Ink'd star, 29, was asked how she's been handling the split while filling up her black Bently at a Hollywood gas station. A slightly emotional Kat replied:

"Hey, can you just give me the day off? That would be nice. Thank you."

Jesse and Kat began dating in August 2010, less than two months after Sandra Bullock filed for divorce from James, who had cheated on her.
