Kate Beckinsale's Outfit Is Blooming Bizarre!

We know it's been scorchingly hot here in LA, but that's no reason to leave your house in nothing but your bloomers!
Kate Beckinsale did just that yesterday, donning a polka-dot tunic over matching lacy bloomers for a shopping trip to Fred Segal yesterday.
And to make matters even worse, she paired the whole costume with motorcycle boots!
Let's hope what Kate and her hubby bought at the trendy store was a whole lot more chic than what she's wearing!

That outfit is really not that bad, actually I think it`s quite adorable. Kate looks GORGEOUS and as hot as always which is not suprising since she`s the most beutiful women EVER.
