Guys ARE wearing their toenails painted these days. Check out Wikipedia under "nail polish". C'mon people, it was earrings and highlighted hair on guys - yesterday. Now it's polished toenails!

It's becoming more common for guys to wear their toenails painted, just like the earring and highlighted hair thing caught on just a few years ago. Check "nail polish" on Wikipedia - you'll see it mentioned.
