Ms. Bosworth is currently promoting her latest film Black Rock at the annual festival.

The long black coat and boots are perfect for the snowy conditions, but the jeans ... not so much. If those get wet, could make for an uncomfortable day!

After a trip to the Byron and Tracey Salon in Beverly Hills, Kate Bosworth was all smiles as she showed off her newly coiffed 'do (and a "wedding" band on her left finger!), on Thursday.

The Blue Crush star was first spotted sporting matching rings with her beau, producer Michael Polish, at the Vogue Fashion awards in LA -- could they have secretly gotten married?

Bosworth recently opened up on her love for Polish, expressing: "He’s a special one. There’s nobody in the world I admire or respect more. When I look at him, it’s not a crazy infatuation, it’s more like we are each other’s life partners.”

It seems Kate has finally found "the one".

Well Kate Bosworth, Christina Hendricks and Elle Fanning were among the lucky few attending the chic boutique's evening soiree Thursday night. Bosworth brought along her hottie boyfriend Michael Polish to the exclusive dinner party.

Could Kate Bosworth and her director beau Michael Polish have secretly eloped?

We spotted the couple heading into the Chateau Marmont wearing matching gold bands, which makes us wonder if they could have tied the knot under the radar.

The actress recently revealed she went through a "painful" breakup with ex-boyfriend Orlando Bloom in 2006, telling England's Sunday Times Style of the split:

"You know when you put all your chips into something, then it disappears? [The break-up] sent me into such pain, I think I had actual vertigo. I was like, 'Is this my new reality? Will anything be normal again?. Then one day you wake up and you think, OK, I'll never be the same, but I'll survive and I'll grow from it."

Looks like Kate has definitely moved on!

Kate Bosworth won't soon forget the violent rape scene she filmed with Alexander Skarsgard for the new movie Straw Dogs.

In an interview with Blackbook magazine, Kate says:

"The panic you see flooding me in that rape scene is real. I told Alex not to worry about me, to just go for it."

In the scene, Skarsgard's aggressive farmhand character, Charlie, rapes Bosworth's character, Amy.

Kate adds:

"And it was actually violent. He's a huge guy. When he was ripping off my clothes in front of a room filled with men, even though I knew it was make-believe, it was still incredibly violating and terrifying."

Once filming wrapped, the two began dating in real life, but recently split.

Kate Bosworth's new man, director Michael Polish, is sexy ... however the green hair tips, not so much.

The 28-year-old actress, who recently broke up with True Blood's Alexander Skarsgard, was all smiles at Wednesday night's Coldplay concert at the Los Angeles Tennis Center at UCLA.

But what's with the green streaks? Guess Mr. Polish is a fan! Turns out Kate's new beau is directing her in the upcoming movie Big Sur based on a Jack Kerouac novel.

After two years together (who knew it had been that long!) Kate Bosworth and Alexander Skarsgard have split.

The story was first reported by Us Weekly. Said a source: "It was very mutual."
 
We haven't seen Skarsgard, 28, and Bosworth, 34, out together since March. Skarsgard is reportedly enjoying the single life, especially all the rabid True Blood fans who can't get enough of him.

And, his career is blowing up -- news of the split broke Wednesday, the same day the first teaser trailer for Skarsgard's new film Battleship was released (coincidence?) ... check out the trailer after the jump!
