Even The Amish Know Kate Gosselin

If she arrived in a car, then she ain't Amish.

Amish don't usually drive cars, but they can ride in them.

Who. Cares. I guess TLC will continue to pay some of the paps to keep taking pics and feeding them to the media so they can keep her name and face in the public eye and continue a psuedo realty show that way for PR until her show comes out in the Spring. Oy vey.

Not Amish, they never wear those type of cloths. trust me I see them just about everyday. She may be a Mennonite they drive cars and wear clothing as such.

That was sweet of that sheeple to make that gift for Kate. I highly doubt that Kate will think twice before throwing it in the trash though. I don't understand how the sheeple still worship Kate when she is so toxic.

Kate and the children have many people around the country that care about them. Kate is very appreciative of the thoughts and prayers for her family in this trying time. Of course, with the poster there are the sick people in the world that seem to enjoy trashing Kate. My wishes are for peace in her heart, also

Not Amish or Mennonite. They don't dress or wear their hair like that (or with no covering). nor do they make "crafts" like that, those primitive country things. Just a craft person or someone who likes to dress plainly.

Not a chance that woman is Amish. Not because of the lack of horse and buggy (Amish hire drivers all the time), but no sect of Amish dresses like that. And no Amish woman would wear her cardigan or style her hair like that. Wow.

Whether the woman is Amish, Mennonite, or Brethren religion it was a very thoughtful gift and an act of kindness.

She's probably Mennonite. Have relatives that are that. Very nice people.

I guess you city people don't see alot of Amish because like others said above, she is clearly not Amish! Nor is she a Mennonite b/c they usually wearing little white hats.

Just FYI they are not called hats they are called head coverings read 1Cor 11. Amish are made to wear these. Mennonite's and Brethren religion you start to wear head coverings when YOU decide to join the church.

She is just someone who wanted to get her picture in the tabloids. She is not Amish or Mennonite, she may be a Christian though. Did she get to give her present to Kate? What happened? X17 did't finish their job by reporting what the woman did with her package/present.

To the ones who have commented on the so called "Amish Woman". I am the lady in the picture. I am not Amish, nor am I Ammenoite or Brethren. I am a conservative Christian. The other two women with me are Brethren religion. I was not expecting my picture to be in the tabloid. The paps asked me some questions regarding my gift and I politely answered them. I wasn't going to be rude and not answer them. But just to clear a few things...some of the new order Amish do drive cars. Also, last year on Oprah she visited Amish in Holmes County, Ohio and they were video taped. Typically, the Amish DO NOT get their pictures taken or video. Take care and God Bless to All.

I've known Stacey S. for years. She is not Amish. I used to go to church with her, and am still friends with her. She is not one to seek the spotlight like this. Notice they didn't ask her what faith she was, they just MADE IT UP as usual. Gotta love free press.

I know Stacey S. for several years,and she is so not Amish or Mennonite.She is a very controlling person to have a friendship with therefore maybe her and Kate should get together.I would just like to know how poor Tom deals? (husband)
