Ain't pregnant, that is! No WAY this girl's got a bun in the oven; I can practically see her abs through her silk cover-up.

We caught Kate biking around Miami yesterday and guess who's in town preparing to shoot a new film -- Mr. Owen Wilson! So what's Kate doing there?

Well apparently she had dinner with Helen Hunt and Demi Moore last night, according to our sources. Wild trio, huh?!

She is lovely...just a nice, down to earth girl. She will always do well and have fun in whatever she does, she has got a great fun vibe about her!
I bet Britney wishes she was this type of girl, clean, sweet, pretty, fun loving, happy... its goes on!
