Kate Hudson Shows Off Her Slender Frame In A Strapless Dress

Kate Hudson got lunch with some friends at Sugarfish in Brentwood on Friday, and we can't believe how trim the 33-year-old mother of two looks! After giving birth to baby Bingham a little over a year ago, Kate is looking better than ever, thanks to Pilates, running and cycling.
And it looks like we can add dancing to her current fitness routine, as she'll play the catty choreographer Cassandra July on the upcoming fourth season of Glee. Kate is slated to star in a six episode arc, and a teaser for the hit Fox series hit the web the other day ... check it out below!
