Kate Hudson Talks About Her Vanity

Kate Hudson is the cover girl for Marie Claire's latest issue, and she opens up about her pregnancy ... appearance-wise, anyway. The actress is engaged to baby daddy Matthew Bellamy, and says:
- "I'm only holding off until after my wedding for vanity purposes. I just want to be able to fit into whatever dress I pick out."

Hudson, 31, also talks about her first pregnancy eight years ago with son Ryder. She gained a substantial 70 lbs, bringing her weight up to 185, and says she was careful not to make the same mistake this time around. She says:
- "It's an emotional roller coaster, having to lose weight. I gained so much ... It is emotional, no matter how determined you are. It takes work to bounce back so quickly."
It took Hudson three months of a three-hour-a-day cardio routine to drop the baby weight from Ryder.
She announced her pregnancy with Bellamy in January. The two are now engaged after less than a year of dating.
