Kate Hudson Buys The Mansion Next Door

Kate Hudson's family is growing, so it's no wonder she recently splurged on sweet new spread!

The expectant mamma just plunked down $5,300,000 for a 5 bed/6.5 bath 1935 Tudor Revival-style mansion in Pacific Palisades, right next to the home she inherited from her mom Goldie Hawn!

Hudson and her baby daddy/fiancée Matt Bellamy were reportedly on the hunt for houses on the West Side of Los Angeles, but the actress decided to stick with the area where she grew up.

The house sits on 7,014 square feet and includes a swimming pool and raised spa, a playhouse with it's own front yard, a three-car garage, a library, a workout room and a toxin-eradicating sauna, and a two-bedroom guest home above the garage. There's even an all-pink room, which is perfect if Hudson ends up having a girl!

Hudson has lived in the same traditional style house since 2003, and her family are long-time residents of the posh section of LA.

Sounds like Kate's kids will have plenty of room to play!
