You can't even make this stuff up...
Kate Major is currently in jail due to a DUI conviction that resulted in a probation violation, but she's trying to get out of the slammer early because she's three months pregnant with her second child with Michael Lohan!
A source told the UK's Mirror Online, "She is considered a high risk pregnancy because of her history of seizures and she is not receiving the proper medication in jail." A hearing has been scheduled on Tuesday to negotiate an early release for the former celeb reporter.
A Florida judge revoked Major's probation (which stemmed from her 2012 assault on a police officer) after she allegedly assaulted Lohan and fled the scene back in March. Major, who was intoxicated (she reportedly blew a 0.243 in a Breathalyzer test), then crashed her car into some nearby bushes and police took her into custody and booked her for DUI.
The couple already have 16-month-old son together, who Lohan currently has sole custody of.
Kate Major and Michael Lohan are expecting their first child together, according to a source for TMZ.
The two became involved in late 2009, and while they've had a tumultuous history (she called the cops on him last April when he showed up uninvited at her work), Kate's restraining order against Michael was lifted a few weeks ago.
However, Kate is in her first trimester, so clearly the two were sneaking in visits with one another when it was illegal for them to have any sort of contact!
Michael reportedly has not told Lindsay or any of his other children yet...
A Florida court ruled to extend Kate Major's protective order against Michael Lohan today.
A source tells X17online exclusively that a judge slapped an additional two months on the restraining order, which requires Lohan to stay 500 feet away from Major and have no contact.
Michael, who was not in court today, will be arraigned in Los Angeles on May 23rd on his misdemeanor domestic violence charge.
Another hearing is set in Florida to review the restraining order on June 7th.
While out with a "very, very good friend" at the Santa Monica pier, Michael Lohan was excited to chat about his new business venture "Recovery At Sea." X17online exclusively broke the news about the Fort Lauderdale-based rehab treatment program available on a multi-million dollar yacht.
Papa Lohan was quick to make the following point:
"Kate (Major) is not invited on the boat, although I hope she gets rehab."
Find out what Michael says about his ex-fiancee Kate Major's current claims of abuse ... after the jump.
Dina Lohan fears for any women involved with her ex Michael Lohan, according to a source.
Online reports claim Kate Major, who alleges she was abused by Michael Lohan, has been reaching out to both Dina and Lindsay for support. We've learned those reports are false.
A source close to the Lohan family tells X17online exclusively:
"Dina has not been contacted in any way by Kate Major. Kate hasn't called Lindsay either. That is a complete lie put out there by Dina's ex Michael Lohan. Frankly, Dina thinks Kate's life is in danger because Lindsay's dad is a total lunatic. Dina knows what it's like to be abused by that man, and she sees the same cycle happening with Kate and all the other women he's been hanging around lately. She thinks he is dangerous and will continue to spiral out of control while the world is watching."
As for Michael's relationship with Lindsay, the source adds:
"Lindsay has nothing to do with Michael. The only time she tried to meet up with him was when Betty Ford asked her to. Lindsay grew up watching the abuse he inflicted on her mom and saw how scary that was. In the past she's been agreeing to things her dad asked for and hoping that he'd just go away after she appeases him. He didn't go away. But now she's scared of him and wants him no where near her. If it gets any worse, she may have to get a restraining order against him. She's thinking about it."
The source tells us Dina and eight other people currently have orders of protection against Mr. Lohan. Calls to Dina Lohan were not returned.
The drama between Kate Major and Michael Lohan continues to unfold just days after Lindsay's dad was charged with domestic violence.
A source tells X17online exclusively:
"Everyone has to stop believing this man's bullsh*t. The man needs a lot of help. Kate was invited on Celebrity Rehab because no one else would visit Michael. And he was begging her to go and his mom and his aunt."
As for the alleged physical fight between the couple, the source adds:
"Kate's lawyers are handling everything. She doesn't want to stoop to Michael's level and talk about that night. Michael went crazy -- he started slicing his wrists, saying that if Kate went to the cops, he'd say she did it to him. Kate was frantic; she didn't know what to do. She was terrified and that's why she knew she had to press charges and take him to court for this because she fears for her safety."
Our source goes on to say:
"Michael being hospitalized was totally fake. He went in for 'chest pains' to avoid spending time in jail. They said they couldn't refuse him medical attention but he's a liar. Meanwhile, he's texting everybody from his hospital bed."
Lohan is due in court for his arraignment on May 23.
Kate Major wasn't originally going to be part of this season's Celebrity Rehab, however Michael Lohan says she forced her way on to the set during taping, and as a result, will most likely be featured in several episodes.
Lohan tells X17online exclusively:
"While I was taping Celebrity Rehab, and getting the help I needed for my co-dependency issues, Kate showed up under the influence. Staffers had to tell her it wasn't a good idea for her to be there. I walked up to Kate and told her she needed to go back to her family and fix the problems she has with her dad. This was all captured by Dr. Drew's cameramen."
Lohan adds that Dr. Drew tried to convince Kate to enter rehab, but she wouldn't take his advice.
Earlier today, Michael opened up about the domestic violence charge he's currently facing. He told us Kate made up the entire story because "she wants money and she's jealous of the women in my life."
Calls to Kate Major have not been returned. Lohan is due in court for his arraignment on May 23.
Find out what Michael told us about his current relationship with Lindsay ... after the jump.
Michael Lohan's on-again-off-again girlfriend/fiancee Kate Major was the victim of Lohan's alleged abuse last night at a West Hollywood apartment that found Lindsay's dad arrested for three felony charges and left Major injured, a source close to the couple tells X17online exclusively.
"Kate is in pain right now. She's bruised and sore -- not serious enough to really need to go to the hospital, but she's not feeling well at all. And mentally she's a wreck. She loves Michael and doesn't understand why he would hurt her," the source tells X17online.
Major, a former Star Magazine reporter who was thrown into he spotlight when she started a relationship with one of the subjects of her stories -- Jon Gosselin -- has had a tumultuous relationship with Lohan since they started dating in January last year. She accused Lohan of domestic violence back in July, claiming he shoved and kicked her. Major then packed her bags and fled to her parents' home in Florida.
The two were drawn back to each other, however, and reunited shortly after the incident. But apparently the couple's problems didn't go away ... the source tells us Kate is "scared" of Michael and "sick of his verbal abuse."
The source goes on to say:
"Kate loves Michael but she doesn't trust him. These two are up-and-down but this may be the final straw for Kate. I don't think she'll tolerate Michael getting physical with her. It's over between these two; they have no future together."
