Kate 2.0 Says "Jon Messed Up On A Lot Of Things"

Jon Gosselin's former fling and current court opponent, Kate Major, made no bones about her feelings for him in New York this afternoon!
The blonde ex-Star reporter, who's currently in town to testify against Gosselin in TLC's breach-of-contract suit said she filed one of her own because "Jon messed up with a lot of things."
She declined to say exactly what type of contract she had with Jon, saying "lawyers are handling that now."
But when our photog asked her "don't you think it's strange that you were dating him AND he was paying you?" Major responded, "we had an agreement that I would work for him."
I guess lovers do business with each other all the time, but how many of them get sued when it doesn't work out?
Actually, that DID happen to a girl I know...
