Kate Middleton "Saddened" Over Topless Photos Published In French Magazine

Kate Middleton has found herself in the middle of a photo scandal in which the Duchess of Cambridge is seen sunbathing topless.
French magazine Closer published the nude photos of Middleton who was, at the time, vacationing with her husband Prince William.
The royal couple's press secretary released the following statement:
- "We believe a real line has been crossed and we are consulting with French lawyers about what, if any, legal action will be taken ... Their Royal Highnesses had every expectation of privacy in the remote house. It is unthinkable that anyone should take such photographs, let alone publish them."
Kate, herself, is said to be "saddened" and "disappointed."
The editor of Closer magazine defends her reasoning for publishing the photos in the video below.
