Seems like we've been on Kate Moss overload lately, but she IS rocking a conspicuously large baby/burrito bump while partying her butt off, so there's plenty to talk about!
We spotted the aging supermodel leaving an afterparty at The Box in NYC last night, and even though she went through at least one clothing change, she's not looking so fresh - get some beauty rest, Kate!
And maybe a tissue too?

There is no evidence that Kate takes drugs. People are just jealous of her forthright nature and her beauty. If she took all those drugs she wouldn't look great. She is one stunning lady--and I emphasize the word LADY!
