Kate Walsh Keeps Her Bod In Fine Form With Hardcore Hike

Now we know how Kate Walsh maintains her fabulous figure at the age of 45!
The Private Practice star hit the hiking trail in Hollywood with her dog for an intense afternoon workout.
Walsh didn't even stay on the trails! At times, the red-headed beauty climbed up and down some intense hills.
Kate has been dating writer Chris Case since the summer of 2011. Too bad he didn't get a chance to join his main squeeze on the hike.
As for her long-running ABC show, the final three episodes of Private Practice will air early next year.
