Kim Kardashian stood out more than Solange and Katharine McPhee, who both looked lovely... just a little on the plain side. C'mon, people, it's fashion week! At least Kim K. goes bold with the fire truck red lipstick. I know Solange has the pink purse, but it's Pepto-Bismol pink, not pretty pink.

A jubilant Katherine McPhee was spotted leaving Ketchup in West Hollywood last night, and the sexy songstress was all smiles as photogs snapped away. Now that's our kind of celeb!

The Women in Hollywood awards brought out all of Hollywood's A-List females (as well as some C-listers -- sorry Kat!), most of whom were dressed pretty sedately in knee-length cocktail dresses.

Course, Kate Beckinsale, in her full-length goddess gown managed to stand out, as did Jennifer Lopez, but for a very different reason:

It's official, folks - American Idol runner-up Katharine McPhee is off the market! The singer was married to her actor boyfriend Nick Cokas this weekend in Los Angeles. Congrats to the happy couple!

Didn't you think Katharine should've won that year? We do! If music doesn't pan out, at least she's already begun a second career - acting!

The long-running Fox reality show, now in its 7th season, premieres tonight - are you excited? Bursting with fruit flavor? You should be! Randy Jackson, one of the judges, tells Us the contestants can actually sing this year: "The under-21 crowd is definitely, definitely good."

Does that mean we shouldn't expect any Sanjaya clones?

Are they filming Knocked Up 2 or something? Apparently it's called House Bunny and McPhee plays a sorority girl. Like, literally. According to IMDb.com, her character is "Sorority Girl" and either she's pregnant in the movie or it's some sorority house joke for rush week. (Are you laughing yet?) So, I guess this means Katharine's music phever has died down a bit, but I always pictured her as an actress instead of a singer, anyway. Let's hope she's funny!

It's bad enough that she has to wear a back brace while co-star Anna Faris parades around in a pink bikini, but why did they have to stick the brace on top of that ugly shorts and t-shirt combo? Or is that Rumer's own?
