Katherine Heigl and hubby Josh Kelley adopted their daughter Naleigh just over three years ago and they may be ready to do it again!

The couple and some friends had fun with the little tyke Saturday in Beverly Hills and the 33-year-old star admits she would like to expand her family. She told Parent & Child magazine: "We have talked about having biological children as well, but we decided to adopt first. I'd like to adopt again."

The One For the Money star tells the mag she knew she'd love an adopted child as much as one of her own: "Anyone who doesn't have experience with adoption wonders, 'Does love for a child come through DNA?' I knew it didn't ... They're yours. You love them the moment they're put into your arms. Josh had to learn that, but he was so gracious and accepting."

Katherine Heigl and husband Josh Kelley visited the Puces de Saint-Ouen flea market in St. Pouen, France yesterday, and later in the evening we spotted the lovebirds dining at the Le Jules Verne restaurant at the Eiffel Tower.

This morning Katherine tweeted, "Just finished a full day of press for One For The Money in Paris. Excited for the premiere tomorrow - hope to see a few of you there!" Have you seen Katherine's new flick yet?

Katherine Heigl went on The View to chat about her new flick One For the Money, but talk quickly turned to her adoption of daughter Naleigh.

The 33-year-old actress, who brought the little girl on stage, told the ladies:

"She is completely upstaging me! We have talked about having biological children as well, but we decided to adopt first. I just wanted to be a mom. So however we did that, it's fine with me. I'd like to adopt again."

Heigl and husband Josh Kelley adopted Naleigh from Korea in 2009.

Katherine Heigl pulled out the fashion stops, donning a quirky pair of suede and gold wedges and a fun leopard print bag, as she made her way to a meeting in LA, on Friday morning.

The One for the Moneystar recently revealed that she's itching to return to Grey's Anatomy, after requesting to be released from her contract in 2010.

The Knocked Up star told E! of reprising her role as Dr. Izzie Stevens, "I really, really, really want to see where she is. I just want to know what happened to her and where she went and what she's doing now. My idea is that she actually, like, figures it out and finds some success and does really well in a different hospital. She was always floundering, you know, and so she was always one step behind the eight ball, and I want to see that girl take some power back."

Heigl famously turned down an Emmy nomination for her role, after announcing, “I do not feel I was given the material this season to warrant a nomination.”

Katherine Heigl is getting glam for the upcoming issue of Elle and opening up about what people think of her in Hollywood. The 33-year-old actress tells the mag:

"I've never really been America's sweetheart, but for a minute I think that's what they wanted me to be. And I had 'em for a second thinking maybe I was. And then I opened my mouth, and it was very clear I wasn't."

The mother of daughter Naleigh, who recently told Ellen DeGeneres that she and hubby Josh Kelley would like three or four kids, discusses being a people pleaser. She adds:

"I think it's a female thing. I'm just that a**hole who really wants everyone to like me, and it's a ridiculous goal and it's an impossible goal."

Katherine is starring in the upcoming ensemble flick New Year's Eve, and she even gets to kiss Jon Bon Jovi!

Seeing as almost everyone in Hollywood appears in the upcoming romcom New Year's Eve, the premiere at Grauman's Chinese Theatre last night packed almost as much star power as the Oscars!

Zac Efron, Josh Duhamel, Michelle Pfeiffer, Katherine Heigl, Sofia Vergara and Abigail Breslin came out to support their film, and a handful of other famous faces (including a very sparkly and possibly pregnant Fergie, Ryan Seacrest and Mark Salling) hit the red carpet as well. Fergs (and her bandmate) recently hinted that she was eager to start a family, so is it possible that she's got a bun in the oven?

And the Black Eyed Peas singer wasn't the only one to catch our attention on the red carpet! Ashton Kutcher posed for photos with Glee's Lea Michele, and we're not trying to start a hookup rumor here, but it seems like these two are quite cozy together. Wonder what Demi would say about this?!

Katherine Heigl and her mom hair were snapped arriving at the nail salon in Silverlake over the weekend, and the starlet smiled for photogs before getting a manicure. Hopefully she wasn't thinking about getting her toes done too -- we doubt she'd want to slip them into her sweater Uggs after a piggie paint job, and it was way too cold to wear those flimsy post-pedicure flip flops!

Yesterday Katherine Heigl stepped out in Hollywood with a pal, and she appeared very eager to get her spandex-clad booty to the gym. The Grey's Anatomy actress showed off her flat-ironed blonde 'do (which is a welcome change from the mom hair she's been sporting lately), but she was dangerously close to giving us an eyeful of camel toe. You gotta be careful with the dri-fit workout tights -- they're not for everyone!
