Katherine Heigl may have just added a newborn baby to her family of three, but the actress still managed to look happy and well rested as she ventured out of her Los Feliz neighborhood solo, on Thursday afternoon.

The Knocked Up star and her musician hubby, Josh Kelley, confirmed the news last month that they had adopted a baby girl, Adalaide Marie Hope, and the proud parents recently posed for a series of new family pix that will be unveiled in an upcoming spread for the UK's Hello! mag.

Heigl also opened up to Hello! on the first time she held baby Adalaide, confessing: "She was so tiny and delicate, and that moment they put her in my arms I just felt an overwhelming sense of awe and wonder that this perfect little being was our daughter." Congrats!

The couple welcomed Adalaide Marie Hope this month, who was was adopted from Louisiana, according to Life & Style. She joins the couple's first adopted daughter, 3-year-old Naleigh, who is a special needs child from South Korea.

Heigel recently revealed of her decision to adopt: “Josh and I started talking about [adoption] before we were even engaged. My sister Meg is Korean, and my parents adopted her three years before I was born. I wanted my own family to resemble the one I came from, so I always knew I wanted to adopt from Korea.”

Kelly and Heigel took their baby out for the first time on Mother's Day, but they kept her hidden under a blanket. We can't wait to see her face!

The Knocked Up star's oldest daughter Naleigh was all dressed up for the occasion, and her mama followed suit in a pretty spring sundress with thigh high boots. The 33-year-old actress is living proof that you can be a mom and still dress sexy!

How cute is Mr. Kelley?! He really seems to love fatherhood, and we always love seeing a man who isn't afraid to be hands-on.

It felt natural and right to me."

Katherine Heigl dropped by a fabric store yesterday in LA with her mother Nancy, and it looks like the Grey's Anatomy star is busy nesting with her new baby. We can't wait to sneak a peek of Naleigh's sibling!

We're guessing the tot is a little girl, but the actress and her musician hubby Josh Kelley have yet to release the gender or name of their newest addition since officially announcing the adoption.

We were hoping her fabric color selection would give us a clue, but sadly there wasn't any tell-tale pink or blue.

The Life As We Know It stunner previously declared her love for arts and crafts on Twitter, so we guess learning to sew is her next DIY project.

I wanted my own family to resemble the one I came from, so I always knew I wanted to adopt from Korea," the 33-year-old star told Scholastic Parent & Child.

The pair have been married since 2007.
