Katherine Heigl's beauty tends to have an effect on guys - but yesterday, we found ourselves literally swept off our feet by the sight of the good Doctor! Kat was all smiles and sunshine as she made her way through the throng of paps back to her car after lunch at the Ivy (even turning to our camera and wishing us a "Happy X17"!). The competition to snap a pic of the Grey's Anatomy starlet was so intense that our cameraman momentarily lost his footing - although lucky for him, Katherine grabbed his arm to keep him from toppling over. Guess she's just as protective in real life as she is on the show!

She's natural? Are you joking? Take a look at the photos around the net with no makeup on and in a bikini. She's got huge pores and cellulite, she's just like every other female in this world. Plus, she's an arrogant bitch, because that is the FIRST time I've ever seen her sign autographs; she only did it for the PR.
Cannot stand her. I refuse to watch the show she is on b/c of her. She annoyed me first when she opened her big mouth with the Washington/Knight scandal.... actually I does see her given autographs way before the EMMYs. and I like when she correct her name. she have to, because when people say wrong our's names we correct them.
