Katherine And T.R. To Leave Grey's? Do We Care?

I'll admit, I still enjoy watching Grey's Anatomy. BUT Katherine's storylines have been pretty lame for the last two seasons, and TR Knight is practically non-existent this year!
Even though they've been denying it, one of their co-stars, James Pickens Jr. (aka Chief Webber) has spilled the beans that the duo is ready to go.
When Us asked the good doctor at the NAACP Awards Luncheon if Heigl is leaving the medical drama, he said, "Yes, she is. Wherever Katherine goes, I wish her nothing but the best."
As for Knight? "He's going too," Pickens said. "He just wanted to pursue other career paths."
Although Izzie and George were two of my favorite characters when the show began, I really don't think I'll miss them when they're gone!
Plus, I'm loving the addition of Jessica Capshaw! Who knew Spielberg's step-daughter was a good actress in her own right?

I always through it was interesting that she stuck to TV. She’s got such a great career in moves - just read the great reader written reviews for Knocked Up on EverHype (you can also write your own at www.everhype.com/?utm_source=bc). But I do love her on Grey’s Anatomy, so it would be a loss.

The show went downhill after that whole Isaiah fiasco. The season after he left was really crappy. I stopped watching after that.

we dont care they can get outta the show no one cares. as long as the rest of them r on there we r cool. they dont have interesting storylines for them anyway so it goesnt make a difference.

I'm with you: buh-bye Izzie and George, hello Arizona and Owen! Heigle and Knight have been bitching about wanting to leave for years (since Isaiah-gate) and they've acted like a cancer behind the scenes. Cut them out; they're not needed. Jessica Capshaw and Kevin McKidd are doing a fantastic job and I truly hope both are made series regulars. (I know McKidd is supposed to make it through the season but I haven't yet heard about Capshaw; I hope she does.)
