Shes one of my favorite actresses. At least she has the guts to say whats on her mind other than most other actresses who are so dumb they pay people to make up shit for them to say. Her baby is adorable too. My husband and I may adopt, so those who have made nasty comments in regards to adoption can eat a dick.

Truly ignorant comments here. People who adopt do not "buy" their children any more than people who have children biologically "buy" theirs from the hospital or the doctor. Yes, both cost money. No, one is not more "noble" than the other. I love my adopted child as much as my biological child - I have both. I also love my husband - who is no more biologically related to me than my adopted child. Really folks, get educated or don't comment.

Sat next to a woman on a plane who I found worked in the entertainment industry as pr rep. This woman stated that Katherine doesn't even like kids and the only reason she adopted was to garner more publicity like Katie Holmes and other celebrity moms are getting. Not sure if it's true, but wouldn't be shocked to learn if it is.

Katherine Heigl's sister Meg is Korean. She was adopted. Katherine chose to adopt a Korean girl because of her sister. I respect that.
