Check out the Grey's Anatomy actress having lunch with Josh and the folks in West Hollywood on Wednesday afternoon. Nothing wrong with a couple cigs and a glass of wine, right?

I love Katherine..she is just so refreshing and down to earth. How many other A list female celebs would you see loading a car at an airport - very few I venture. Love how she doesn't care if the paps see her smoke. She has said she wants to quit..but is really struggling to give up. But half of hollywood smokes..she just doesn't try to hide it. This woman rocks.
