"First Bitches!" You've got to be kidding.
The one thing I like the most about Katherine is how polite she always is. It has to be annoying with the paps being around her all the time, but at least she's gracious and polite enough to smile and be kind. It's welcomed change from all the female celebs who shield their faces, flick off the camera or curse about how they want to be left alone.
Shouldn't she be pulling a cigarette out and taking that looooong drag, remember she's doing for the children.

She's living her life the way any of the rest of us would. She's in the process of decorating her new home and the paps continue to pounce everywhere she goes - it's certainly not a reason not to live your life (just to avoid paps).
