Not that it isn't a pleasure to see her, of course! Check out Ms. Heigl in NYC doing some shopping (at Tod's and Burberry) this weekend with her mom. The duo then had lunch with Grey's Anatomy co-star Ellen Pompeo at Pastis before calling it a day.
