We spotted the TV star out and about with friends last night and that dress only makes us wonder: Is Kat preggers, for real?
Last time we asked her, she certainly didn't say no!
But really, wearing a dress like that? If she's not preggers, she just must love the attention!

She is beautiful and dresses just fine. She doesn't wear tight fitting, too short, too low clothes. It is really nice to see a lovely young hollywood star NOT exploiting her body. Beautiful, modest dressing is a plus.
