Seriously, Though - Is She Pregnant?!?

We have three reasons to believe Katherine Heigl is with child:
One, she's wearing less makeup than usual. Two, we haven't seen her smoking in a while. And three, what's with the loose-fitting top?
Is she or isn't she? I mean, look at her face - she's practically glowing!
And she and Josh want kids, don't they?
