Katherine Heigl may play a doctor on television, but it doens't look like health is the first thing on her mind! The gorgeous actress, who plays Dr. Isobel Stevens on Grey's Anatomy enjoyed a ciggy after reading to her fiance, Josh Kelley (?) over lunch. What would Izzy say?
Doesn't look like she's wearing her ring...is the wedding still on?
The whole "reading to him" thing is sweet...a little creepy but sweet!

you guys are in denial. The does not look good without make up. The streets of Chicago are full of much better looking, make up free girls every weekend's morning. She is not even passable. Just because we are used to see starts who are shockingly ugly/different without make up, does not mean Catherine looks good. No, she does not, even with make up. She's Ok at best. And her body- don't let me started. I am not talking about her weight, but the ugliest shaped X legs I've ever seen in my life and the elephant size of knees!!!
