Former Dancing With the Stars' contestant and legal eagle Nancy Grace sported a black dress and strappy shoes ... while Kim Kardashian's mom, Kris Jenner, wore black tights, skirt and heels with a burgundy leather jacket. So chic!

The 10th Annual Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards were held Monday night at NYC's Lincoln Center, and the stars came out to support their favorite designers, dressing in some of their most beautiful creations.

Meanwhile, mom-to-be (for the second time) Jessica Alba went for a bright color-block look.

We have to give major props to actresses-turned fashion designers Ashley & Mary-Kate Olsen, who were nominated for a Swarovski Award for Womenswear this year. The award went to dynamic design team Proenza Schouler, but it's an honor to be the only celebrity designer nominated!

Former Fashion Police regular and plastic surgery devotee Kathy Griffin actually looked good in her gold Grammy dress last night at the after-party at BOA.

The comedienne, who hosted the Grammys pre-telecast, joined Drake, Elton John, John Legend, and Jamie Foxx at BOA, while Kim "My Booty Was Sewn Into My Dress" Kardashian celebrated with Beyonce, Jay-Z, Will.i.am, Keri Hilson, Jermaine Dupri, Matthew Morrison, Quinton Aaron, Tracee Ellis Ross, Adam Levine, apl.de.ap, Rick & Kathy Hilton, Ciara, and Brandon Davis at L'Hermitage.

But Kim might have faced an awkward moment at the Beverly Hills hotel when she narrowly missed running into...

The 50-year-old funny lady is finally off the D-list!

Kathy Griffin is choosing to end her Emmy Award winning hit Bravo reality show, My Life on the D-List and she explains why to People.

"It was a really tough decision because I think of the D-List as pretty much my baby for the last six seasons and I also think it was really time to stop doing it. Reality is great, but I really didn't set out to be a reality star. So now it's time to spread my wings and show that I'm a little different than Kate Gosselin."

But don't worry, Kathy will still be doing her brand new comedy specials - four alone in 2011!

"Kathy's quick fire humor and ability to tap into pop culture make for must watch television," says Bravo network exec Andy Cohen.

Griffin also hopes to do an improvised TV series in the future along the lines of Curb Your Enthusiasm. According to Kathy, it'll involve "some characters from the D-List that you've come to love, and then maybe I'll have actors play a couple other characters that are from my real life." Can't wait!

Bristol Palin has enemies everywhere - first Margaret Cho, now Kathy Griffin!

Round two involves Kathy Griffin's comments at the VH1 Divas Salute the Troops event on Friday. The 50-year old bikini-wearing comedienne joked to the crowd that Bristol Palin is the only Dancing With the Stars contestant "to actually gain weight."

But the troops weren't having it and more booed than laughed. Griffin continued: "Come on, come on. She gained like 30 pounds a week. I swear to God, it was fantastic. She's like the white Precious."

Okay, maybe the last part went too far, but this is the kind of thing Griffin does and has always done! Plus, she's made the jab many times before and crowds typically love it.

Bristol herself responded to Fox News (where else?) with the following: "The audience's reaction to this ‘comedian’ spoke volumes, and the decent people I know would probably have booed her, too. I hope people didn't have to pay money to hear her negativity and criticisms."

Funny lady Kathy Griffin couldn't keep quiet about Bristol Palin's dancing skills on Dancing With the Stars after dining at Il Piccolino in West Hollywood last night. She told our photogs, "It'll be funny if Bristol wins."

And we agree!

Which should come as no surprise since the comic did the same thing last year with Kate Gosselin! Now Kathy Griffin takes on Justin Bieber in a new mock trailer for the singing sensation's actual upcoming 3D documentary Never Say Never.

Best line? "Charlie Sheen and that lady he stabbed on Christmas." Ouch!
