On Tuesday Katie Holmes was snapped out and about in New York City, and at first we thought it was just funny lighting, but upon closer inspection it seems like she has a few gray hairs!

We doubt this is for a role, and after her substantial divorce settlement from ex-husband Tom Cruise, we can't imagine she's stressed, so maybe the 34-year-old actress is finally starting to show her age? Of course, she's still 24 in the face, so that's something to be thankful for!

And apparently age is nothing but a number, because Katie has revealed in a new interview that she's thought about having more children! "I don't know. I'm open to it," she told Allure mag's new issue. Think Suri will ever get a new sibling?!

Katie Holmes covers the latest issue of Allure, and the A-list actress speaks out on the possibility of expanding her family, which is the first time she's candidly talked about her future since her split with Tom Cruise.

Asked about her desire to have more children, the 34-year-old revealed nothing is off the table. "I don't know. I'm open to it," she confessed to the mag.

The brunette beauty also dished on rumors she plans to become an attorney. "Well, my brother and father are attorneys, and - we'll see. I like the practical thinking of attorneys," she added.

So what does the Dead Accounts star hope this new year will bring?

"I hope this is a peaceful year for a lot of people in the world. When you look back on the last year, there were a lot of tragedies - Hurricane Sandy, the Connecticut shooting. I just hope it's a good year for everyone," she explained.

Katie Holmes attended the New York Observer's 25th Anniversary Party at the Four Seasons Restaurant in Manhattan last night, and she looked amazing in a black Dolce & Gabbana dress. Maybe she's given up on wearing her own creations to events?

"I rely on my friends to inspire and lead me in the right direction and tell me when it's not working," Holmes told Us Weekly at the bash. "I always love an A-line skirt and wide-legged pants. They're helpful!" I guess it depends on what you wear with it...

Katie wrapped production on the Broadway play Dead Accounts this winter, and next up is Responsible Adults, in which she stars opposite Chace Crawford in a rom com about "Baxter Wood, who realizes that his crush, med student Liz Quinn, was his babysitter 15 years ago," according to IMDb. Could be funny!

After wearing the jacket to brunch on Sunday, we snapped Katie Holmes and her six-year-old daughter on their way to tennis practice in New York City on Monday. We caught a glimpse at Suri's tiny pink racket hanging out of her Hello Kitty backpack, and we never would have guessed that she'd pick this as her sport, but maybe Tom and Katie's little girl could be the next queen of the court! Can you imagine that?
