Today is little Suri's sixth birthday and we're sure the 33-year-old actress had an exciting day planned for her darling daughter. Glad to see her getting in a power nap before the festivities began!

Katie Holmes sashayed into dance class on Wednesday wearing white jeans and a striped shirt, and we haven't seen the actress with a spring in her step like this for a while!

The 33-year-old looked youthful with very little makeup and her hair pulled back in a simple ponytail, and we think the Jack and Jill star is more beautiful dressed down than she is in designer duds. Leave that to Victoria Beckham!

And speaking of former flames, Katie's ex, Chris Klein, who is currently promoting American Reunion, chatted with People about their relationship and he reveals that things ended as amicably as possible.

"When we were breaking up, we kept it to ourselves for a while," he told the mag. "It looked like it was Katie and Chris together and two seconds later Katie and Tom together, but that's ridiculously compressed. Kate was incredibly respectful about the decision she was making to move on (with Cruise). She called and said, 'Listen, I want you to know before you see it anywhere else.'"

They may have returned home to Los Angeles, but we're thinking they could have flown to New Orleans to visit daddy Tom Cruise on the set of Oblivion!

Tom will star opposite Oscar winners Morgan Freeman and Melissa Leo in the flick, which is about a veteran soldier sent to a distant planet, where he is to "destroy the remains of an alien race." Sounds heavy!
