With Katie back in town, looks like she's also back to hanging with her fave Brit import, Victoria!
The BFFs dined together at Nobu last night. But with David heading to Milan, will this friendship survive a long-distance relationship? Or will Posh stay behind in Bev Hills while David's off playing in Italy?
Either way, Posh is gonna be lonely!

Sorry, but she's NASTY-UGLY! It will be such a relief to see the backside of them when they FINALLY make the big move to Milan and not one moment too soon!
