How can a parent possibly have a child outside without a coat and not feel horrible? Any parent would give their kids there own coat just to make sure their child was warm! I just dont understand this IDIOT! Why doesnt someone do something about it? No sox or tights either! My daughter went to school in snow pants, a hat, mittens and a down coat today @ 2 degrees here in toronto in the morning! Unreal!
