Katie Holmes Gets Lunch With Her Divorce Attorney In New York City

Katie Holmes and her divorce attorney, Jonathan Wolfe, got lunch in New York City on Sunday, and both of them seemed to be in great spirits when we snapped their picture. But why was she carrying his striped sweater after the meeting?
But don't worry, while Wolfe may specialize in matrimonial law (he's handled the high-profile divorces of football star Braylon Edwards and NHL player Martin Brodeur, among others), he's married, so he's def not trying to romance his client. But you can bet that he's happy to be getting a cut of Katie's divorce settlement! After all, Tom Cruise is worth an estimated $270 million...
