Katie Holmes Waits For An Out-Of-Service Elevator At The Gym

Katie Holmes was so exhausted from her morning workout at Equinox gym in West Hollywood on Friday morning, she failed to realize she was waiting for an out-of-service elevator!
Although a sign was clearly posted on the elevator door, the Batman Begins star patiently waited for quite awhile, before finally opting to take the escalator down to her car.
Holmes has been working overtime on her fitness this month, because she's gearing up to walk the red carpet with hubby Tom Cruise at the Oscars this Sunday! Cruise is slated to present an award at this year's show, but we're most excited to see what -- and who! -- Katie will be wearing!
Cruise has been nominated three times for a Best Actor Oscar for his roles in Born on the Fourth of July, Jerry Maguire and Magnolia.
