Nicole spends time with her children when she's allowed to. The scientologists can't be let out in "just any circumstance" or they might find out that their beliefs can be challenged by rational thought. wow, a lot of these comments are so mean. She is a new mom with a newborn baby. Of course she is going to have circles under her eyes and look tired! Most babies do not sleep through the night for a while so I don't why you people would expect hers to. My baby who is one still doesn't sleep through the night EVERY night. Plus, at least she is taking care of Suri instead of some nanny. I don't know how much contact Nicole has with her children, but they still consider her their mom. When the south of the United States (New Orleans to be exact) had that huge flooding, alot of celebrities came forward to donate their money to help rebuild. Even Brad Pitt has been down their involved with rebuilding the community. But Tom was in pictures showing off his new toys, buying a new house and flaunting off his fortune. He's made a few good movies, didn't graduate from H.S. and feels he is so talented that he should get $75,000,000.00 per movie. I don't think so!!! No one has "outed" the LDS church. The person that wrote in all CAPS is for some reason bitter. The LDS church is not anything like she has stated. For one thing, Women can hold positions in the church. The Relief Society is headed by women ONLY. It is JUST for the women.
I am ammember of the LDS church and I have never been told that I must have children. Never!
The LDS church does NOT tell you what you have to do in your personal lives.
And 10% is ALL that the Lord asks anyone to give. And THAT is in the Bible, King James version. Even the Catholics believe that.
And it is 10% of what you have. If you own a manufacturing plant and you want to give 10% of your product, it will be acepted and given to those in need.

As far as giving to the flood victims of Katrina, Yes MANY stars have given to help in the clean up.

The LDS church was FIRST on the sceen with 18 wheelers FULL of sanitary kits, clothing of all sizes, food, portable shelters, chain saws to cut pathways, infalatable rafts to help in rescues.

In Dec 2004, the tsunamia that hit the Thailand area, the LDS church was there again to aid in relief. In the first two days over 20,000 sanitary kits were delivered. They conist of soap, bottled water, tooth brush and paste and clean under wear.

When ever there has been a natural disaster, anywhere in the world, the LDS church has been the first on the scene to give aid and comfort.
Nothing is ever asked for in return.

My parents have been taking my t out for the church since I can remember. I even pay a % of my x-mas cash. So I'm not sure what your ashamed of...but I pay & I will admit I am told to but it is for my lord & that is HOW I WAS Raised.
when my sister got married she said she couldn't afford the 20, & my mom was really upset. A meeting with our bishop was set up & my sister & her new husband DID need to bring their tax returns from he year before to help explain the hardship. Our bishop granted hen the permission to pay less. I think it was about 12% but not sure... That's how it's done in our ward & my dad's an elder & says it's the same everywhere. I'm grateful to give my money to the lord & I'm not about to lie about that. I hope to be worthy of going to temple & will keep in good standings.

If you go to Tom Cruise's websites he apparently has numerous movies on the works and he may not be starring in them all but he is producing many of these movies. For all you people who don't care for him and have said you don't plan to watch any of his movies...I think it will be hard. He is also using some really good A-list actors in his movies. Like Meryl Streep, Robert Redford,Hayden Christiansen,Kevin Bacon, Sylvestor Stallone, Steve Martin, Diane Keaton, etc.
