Well, that's pretty much the only explanation for these ridiculously baggy pants!
We spotted Katie in NYC this morning, and it appears as though the actress picked up a pair of XXXL pantalones from the plus size women's retailer! I know Katie is all about trying to introduce us to new trends in pants, but this is definitely not a look we'd want to try!
A skinny girl like Katie shouldn't be wearing pants like these!

This girl really needs a stylist. She needs to grow her hair out longer and wear clothes that are tailored made to fit her shape. God knows she can afford it. She's got that tired looking face of seeing ADD hyper Tom LAUGH! She doesn't look happy.
