Actually a bottle will not hurt the teeth. It's whats in the bottle and only if the drink it while trying to sleep the stuff sits on your teeth and eats away at them. There is nothing wrong with getting off the bottle late. Some kids are early and some are late.

Suri does walk on her own. Check out the pics of them over-seas when they aren't completely stalked by the paps. And the child is like most kids her age, using pull-ups (to assist with potty-training) and using her bottle for her milk or formula. She also has been photographed using a sippy cup for her juices, etc. My daughter is 22 months old and does the same thing. Drinks from a sippy cup but refuses to drink her milk from anything but a bottle. It will not damage her teeth. As long as you brush your childs teeth daily especially before they go to bed, they will be fine. Letting sugars from food, juice, milk or formula settle over night is what ruins their teeth.

A child shouldn't have to 'give up' their bottle, their bottle should be 'taken' by their parent once they're a reasonable age. Once they start getting their teeth *6 to 10 months* they should start on the sippy cups. Having a child Suri's age 'still' suckling a bottle is just poor parenting in my opinion, and it will cause baby bottle tooth decay, aka 'bottle-rot'.

Toddlers who still use a bottle at 2+ years are dealing with security and attention issues. There could be the situation where the parents aren't that concerned and/or don't care about her using a bottle as it keeps her quiet and then they don't have to deal with her otherwise screaming, acting up. If she's got issues now and aren't addressed the poor thing will only continue to have issues and create even bigger problems for herself and to the two that call themselves parents. I think the crap that Scientology gives to the babies-"The Barley Formula" is no good for them. There is no Nutritional or Scientific Reaserch that says that Barley Formula is better than Breastfeeding.
What kind of health problems are they going to have in the long run, if you only give them the Barley Formula & nothing else.
L.Ron Hubbard's belief is that if a mother is drinking, smoking or lacking in Nutrition her self, breastfeeding should be avoided.

The liners are very sanitary, have fast flow nipples, and and help kids up to age 3 who have reflux/sensitive stomachs consume less air when they drink milk. anyway, all of you self proclaimed know-it-all parents would probably make us cringe if paps followed you all day taking pictures of your babies.
